For delivery prior to or on the 24th of December please place your orders by:

All orders are processed either the same day or within 1 working day.
During holiday/sale periods please expect a slight delay due to the volume of orders.
Please be aware this is only estimated and delivery delays may occur.
All our UK orders are fulfilled via DPD (Next Day Standard). Order before 4PM for guaranteed next day delivery*.
All EU orders have the option of Untracked (Via Royal Mail) or Tracked (via Royal Mail and DPD). The delivery timeframes for EU orders can range from 3-15 days depend on your country. Please be aware we can't be held accountable if the order are held within your country's processing centre/customs.
Orders for the Rest of the World are fulfilled via Royal Mail. The delivery timeframes for International orders can range from 3-15 days depend on your country. Please be aware we can't be held accountable if the order are held within your country's processing centre/customs.
Information on Brexit: All orders to the EU may incur import tax. Bene Culture is not held accountable for any customs charges which are incurred.
If you decline to pay the customs and the parcel is returned back to Bene Culture; this will be deducted from your refund. Alongside this if the parcel is lost; we will unable to provide a refund.

All our products are quality checked when they are produced and when they are dispatched. If the item is damaged after usage we cannot be held accountable.
All UK customers are entitled to an exchange or refund within 13-days of purchase provided items are in original, tagged, unused and resell-able condition when buying online. This does not include magazines, international orders or sale products.

Original shipping cost and return postage cost are non-refundable.When a exchange is requested the product must be in a original, tagged, unused and resell-able condition. All postage/custom charges must be fronted by the customer.
Refunds are not available via in-store purchases. We will only offer exchanges or store credit.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. Any damage caused after this is not the responsibility of Bene Culture Limited. All our products are quality checked. Please ensure you follow the washing instructions below.
Items must be returned at the customer's expense. Please ensure the goods are shipped safely as we cannot take responsibility for returned items lost in transit.
Please be aware that as an independent brand we cannot go against the above policy, once the order is confirmed you have agreed to accept the above return policy.
All our products have varied washing instruction; we do advise of the below to ensure the quality of our products:
T-Shirt : Wash at below 30 degrees and do not tumble dry
Hoodies : Wash at below 30 degrees and do not tumble dry

Debriefing Process: We are introducing a new debriefing process to safeguard those involved in our creative projects and shoots. This provides an opportunity for feedback, or any concerns to be highlighted at an early stage. We will proactively seek out suggestions for improvement to ensure that all our projects and spaces reflect our values.
Liaison Officer: We have appointed a Liaison Officer, with training in discrimination awareness and trauma-informed practice to support the sensitive discussion and resolution of any concerns.
