All Orders are quality checked and sent out via Royal Mail after 1 working day and should be expected to be received in 3-5 working days. During holiday/sale periods (black friday & boxing day) please expect a slight delay due to the volume of orders. If you haven't received your item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All customers are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14-days of purchase provided items are in original, tagged, unused and resell-able condition when buying online. This does not include magazines, international orders or sale products.
Please be aware during the current climate with Covid-19 we have had to shorten our return period to within 10 days of purchase. We do please ask all customers who are processing refunds to clean their parcel prior to sending it back to us.

Original shipping cost and return postage cost are non-refundable.When a exchange is requested the product must be in a original, tagged, unused and resell-able condition. All postage/custom charges must be fronted by the customer. Refunds are not available via in-store purchases. We will only offer exchanges or store credit.
