We offer Worldwide shipping. All Orders are quality checked and sent out via Royal Mail after 1 working day and should be expected to be received in 3-5 working day for UK orders and 7-15 days for international orders.
During holiday/sale periods please expect a slight delay due to the volume of orders.
Please note, that due to Covid-19 please expect delays with our above delivery timeframes due to less staff.

All UK customers are entitled to an exchange or refund within 13-days of purchase provided items are in original, tagged, unused and resell-able condition when buying online. This does not include magazines, international orders or sale products.
Please Email us at email@example.com to request a return. Original shipping cost and return postage cost are non-refundable.When a exchange is requested the product must be in a original, tagged, unused and resell-able condition. All postage/custom charges must be fronted by the customer.
Refunds are not available via in-store purchases. We will only offer exchanges or store credit.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. Any damage caused after this is not the responsibility of Bene Culture Limited. All our products are quality checked.
Items must be returned at the customer's expense. Please ensure the goods are shipped safely as we cannot take responsibility for returned items lost in transit.
