SCRT has always been fascinated by exploring ideas presented in cult films, counter culture and any strange corner of media.
As they draw closer to their 10th anniversary, SCRT are releasing their first-ever concept collection named Left Behind.
Left Behind’s capsules draw reference from Marshall McLuhan’s 1967 essay The Medium is the Massage, Scorcese’s 1976 film, Taxi Driver, and the medieval allegory of the Danse Macabre.
By exploring different approaches to the concept, they aim to present a balanced view of questions and answers already discovered, while demonstrating how these themes are connected.
This season, they welcome back long-standing SCRT artists and friends, Brandon Celi, Izzie Hill, and Bo Matteini.
New artist Katya Rogers makes her debut for the brand, bringing her free-flowing style of ink drawings.
The first part of this season will be available online this Sunday at 9am.
